Privacy notice
In one line: this site collects nothing about you unless you choose to accept analytics, and anything you send CyPro through a booking or the contact page is used to reply to you and nothing else.
Who we are
cyprolabs.co.uk is run by CyPro Ltd, a UK cyber security consultancy. CyPro is the data controller for any personal information connected with this site.
What this site collects
This site has no enquiry form and stores nothing you type. The only personal data it can process is analytics, and only if you accept the cookie banner when one is shown. Until you accept, nothing is set.
Bookings and the CyPro contact page
The buttons on this site take you to CyPro's booking page and to the contact page on cypro.co.uk. Anything you provide there is handled under the CyPro privacy policy: your name, work email, company and message are used to reply to you and to shape any work you go on to ask for. You are not added to any mailing list without opting in, and your details are never sold or passed on for marketing.
Cookies
By default this site sets no cookies. Where an analytics banner appears, nothing is stored until you choose to accept, and any cookies that follow only tell us which parts of the page people find useful. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for this site in your browser.
Client engagement data
Information shared with CyPro during a consultancy engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement and by CyPro's ISO 27001 certified information security management system, not by this notice. Each client's information is held separately and is never shared with or reused for another client.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data CyPro holds about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email hello@cypro.co.uk and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If the way this site handles data changes, this page changes with it. The full CyPro privacy policy at cypro.co.uk covers everything else CyPro does.
